Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Susan Tuff – Experienced British Wheel of Yoga Teacher
This is a flowing style of yoga in which postures are linked together in a set of sequences, each sequence building on the pervious one. The emphasis is on functional movement, mindfulness and use of the breath to help support the postures and release tension in the body. This approach helps students to understand their own bodies, the important connections of the mind, body and breath and to build strength and flexibility. The classes are planned so that students can work at their own level. However, beginners are encouraged to attend a one to one session before joining the group class.
Yoga classes are held in the Village Hall with Susan Tuff on the following days –
- Monday 10.00 – 11.30
- Tuesday 09.30 – 11.00
- Thursday 19.00 – 20.30
